1. 准备工作 Preparation
下列风量平衡步骤是各种空气系统平衡的基础
The following balancing procedures are basic to all types of air systems.
1) 确认影响空气系统气流的每一项已经为TAB做好准备,如门窗已关好,顶板(回风静音箱)就位等。
Confirm that every item affecting the airflow of a duct system is ready for the TAB work, such as doors and windows being closed, ceiling tiles (return air plenums) in place, etc.
2) 确认所有的自动控制仪器不会影响到TAB.
Confirm that all automatic control devices will not affect TAB operations.
3) 创造条件,使空调系统在最大负荷情况下运行,确保空调箱有冷凝水产生。
Establish the conditions for the maximum demand system airflow which generally is a cooling application with wetted coils.
2. 系统启动System Start Up
2.1 风机检查Fan check
在核查所有风阀已打开或设置好后,电工应启动所有相关系统(回风,排风排烟等),使所有需要平衡的系统相关风机达到设计转速。启动风机后,立即检查风机、电动机和风机驱动是否存在故障,及电机电流强度。如果电流强度大大超过铭牌上的满载,关闭风机检查存在问题。然后仔细重启风机做必要调整。
After verifying that all dampers are open or set, have the job electrician start all related systems (return, exhaust, etc.) and the system being balanced with each fan running at the design speed (rpm). Upon starting each fan, immediately check the fan, motor and fan drive for malfunctions, and the motor amperage. If the amperage greatly exceeds the nameplate full load amperage, stop the fan to determine the problem. Then carefully restart the fan to make the necessary adjustment.
2.2 风阀检查Damper check
快速检查每个没有闭合或断开自动风阀,确认风阀自动控制位置正确。如果风阀不规则振荡,气流会受到影响,这是风量平衡中不希望看到的。因此,风阀及其控制模块应经过设置使之正确就位。所有风阀都应设置为全开冷却状态。
Quickly go to each automatic damper that hasn't been blocked or disconnected and confirm that the damper is being controlled automatically in correct position. There will be some effect on the airflow if these dampers are hunting. This is undesirable while doing air balancing. Therefore, the dampers or their controls should be set to keep them in the desired position. All dampers should be set for a full flow cooling condition.
2.3 气流、压力检查
Flow/Pressure check
再次确认需要平衡区域涉及到的相关区域中,所有风机运转良好。如果有问题,压差、渗透或渗漏可能对系统平衡造成不利影响。初步测试可确认每个系统的送风量是否超过排风量。此时应该确认正负压力区。
Again confirm that all related system fans serving each area within the space being balanced are operating. If they are not, pressure differences, and infiltration or exfiltration may adversely influence the balancing. Preliminary studies will have revealed whether or not the supply air quantity exceeds the exhaust air quantity from each area. Positive and negative pressure zones should be identified at this time.
3. 基本测试步骤
Basic Air Testing Procedure
3.1 风机测试Fan Testing
将皮托管置于主风管或排风风管以测定处于设计转速的送风机所送风量。
Determine the volume of air being moved by the supply fan at design rpm by using Pitot tube traverse of the main duct or the ducts leaving fan discharge.
如果在设计转速时风量达不到设计风量的±10%,可检查各系统情况、步骤和记录数据,找出原因。检查并记录过滤器、盘管、分离机及消声器等的气压下降,看是否存在过多损耗。特别要检查进风口和排风口出风管和外壳状况以达到系统效果。
If the fan volume is not within plus or minus 10 percent of the design capacity at design rpm, determine the reason by reviewing all system conditions, procedures and recorded data. Check and record the air pressure drop across filters, coils, eliminators, sound traps, etc. to see if excessive loss is occurring. Particularly study duct and casing conditions at the fan inlet and outlet for system effect.
每当转速发生变化,或主风阀的设置发生改变,要经常复查电流强度。
Always recheck the amperage whenever any rpm change or major damper setting change is made.
4. 基本气流平衡步骤
Basic Air Balancing Procedure
4.1 平衡标准Balance criteria
当符合以下情况时,系统达到平衡
The system will be considered balanced when:
1) 经测量后,每个送风口或回风口的风量值为设计风量±15%时(除非出现不可控因素)
The value of the air quantity of each inlet or outlet device is measured and found to be within ±15 percent of the design air quantities (unless there are reasons beyond the control)
2) 最不利环路中的风口阀门应全开
The terminal outlet in the circuit with the greatest resistance shall be fully open.
4.2 风量平衡Performing air balancing
根据3.基本风量测试步骤 所述进行初步空气系统TAB工作。
Perform the initial air systems TAB work as described under 3. Basic Air Testing Procedure.
6.2 风量和换气次数测试Air flow volume and air change rate
测试步骤Test Procedures
-使用风量测量风量罩测量每个过滤器或送风扩散器的气流量。风量罩需带合适流量计。
Flow measuring hoods are preferred for taking airflow volume measurements from each filter or supply air diffuser. The flowhood with an appropriate flow meter is required.
-将风量罩紧紧置于过滤器框架中以防止漏气。
Seat the flow measuring hood firmly to the filter frame to prevent air leakage.
-风量罩尺寸应足够大以捕获受测过滤器外的所有空气。
The flowhood shall be adequately sized to capture all the air exiting the filter being tested.
-测量并用每小时/立方米(cmh)记录每个过滤器的气流量。
Measure and record the airflow volumes of each filter in cubic meter per hour (cmh).
验收Acceptance
-洁净室每个过滤器的平均气流量应为±15%。
The average airflow volume of each filter for the cleanroom should be within ±15%.
-洁净室的平均或总气流量应为±10%。
The average or total airflow volume for the cleanroom should be within ±10%.
6.3 Room Pressurization Tests
房间压力测试
测试步骤 TEST PROCEDURES
- 用Pa测量和记录洁净室最里部和相邻空间、房间、或外部环境的压差。
Measure and record the pressure differentials in Pa between the inner most cleanroom and adjacent spaces, rooms, or the exterior environment.
6.4 洁净度测试
Airborne particle count cleanliness classification test
洁净度测试是用于测定测试时房间的实际颗粒数等级。测试开始前按合同文件规定应了解有关颗粒的尺寸、室内的占用情况及房间分类。
The airborne particle count cleanliness classification test is performed to determine the actual particle count level within the facility at the time of the test (As-Built, At-Rest, or Operational). Particle size(s) of interest, the room occupancy mode and the room classification shall be known prior to the beginning of the tests and shall be as specified in the contract documents.
测试步骤TEST PROCEDURES
-核实Verification
核实洁净室系统的各方面,这有助于保证操作的完整性(空调、过滤系统、墙体、吊顶、地板等)。以下的主要测试应在进行洁净分类测试前进行。
Verify that all aspects of the cleanroom system which contribute to its operational integrity (air handling, filtration systems, walls, ceilings, floors, etc.) are complete and functioning. The following primary tests shall be completed prior to performing the cleanliness classification tests:
验收 ACCEPTANCE
温度和湿度等级的验收标准和要求应符合合同文件的规定
Acceptable criteria for temperature and humidity levels and requirements shall be as specified in the contract documents.
6.6 照度级测试 Lighting Level Tests
照度测试的目的是核实安装后的照度级符合要求
The purpose of the lighting level tests is to verify that installed lighting levels meet the specified requirements.
灯具调节- Lamp Conditioning:
a. 新安装的高照度灯具或荧光3系统,在测定开始前至少要有100个工作小时…
For high intensity, or fluorescent systems, in relatively new lamp installations, at least 100 hours of operation should elapse before measurements are taken
b. 对于常规尺寸的白炽灯,调节时效为20个小时或更久
With incandescent lamps, seasoning is accomplished in 20 hours or more for common sizes
c. 高照度或荧光系统在测定开始前必须先点亮至少2个小时,以保障已获得正常工作输出和温度
A high intensity discharge or fluorescent system must be illuminated for at least two hours before measurements are taken to be sure that normal operating output and temperature has been attained
测定条件
- Measurement Conditions:
a. 亮度测定应该在实际工作条件下进行。该区域的所有照明包括普通照明、工作岗位照明和补充照明应可以正常使用
Luminance measurements should be made under actual working conditions. All lighting in the area including general lighting, task lighting and supplementary lighting should be in normal use.
b. 测定应该在工作面的标高展开,从日光和电子照明设施都正常的指定工作点开始
Measurements shall be made at work surface elevation and from a specified work point location with the combinations of daylight and electric lighting facilities available.
c. 核实这些空间的热状况稳定Verify that the thermal conditions of the space are stable
d. 应注意并考虑到自然照明光源的影响
Care and consideration should be given to identify the influence of natural lighting sources
用测定格网用于覆盖工作面的代表区域。工作面上的任何阻碍物、包括柱子、高的设备、档案柜等都要在报告中反映出来
- A measurement grid shall be determined and should be positioned to cover a representative area of the working plane. Any obstructions above the working plane, away from columns, tall pieces of equipment, filing cabinets, etc. shall be noted in the report
